We have sent out a list of nameservers to which accounts should the nameservers be pointed to. If you are unsure which account to point to, you can submit a helpdesk ticket to us or email me, I will personally attend to it. Rest assured that we are 100% towards working on your issue.

    If you are encountering any issue, your first step is to submit a ticket (best response time) to us, so that we can look to resolve the issues for you. Without notifying us about your issue, we are not able to help you. ;)
