Client Kampar IT Wajib Masuk

Mojosongo, we only have root access to the server temporarily till the server shut downs. As mentioned, we do not have direct contact with the server company, so its not possible for us to contact them directly, as they are not aware who are we. Submit a helpdesk to me, tell me your issues and I will see what I can do at my side. I have been trying to offer my help to all the customers here, and majority of the customers have been receiving help from us when they contacted us. So I can't see why you guys are having issues, and refused to contact us about it.

Some of them contacted you but you can't help them with their backup request, after 17 July. And that's awful!!

mojosongo: I can be sure that anyone that contacted me between 17th July to 31th July, I have 100% helped them with their backup request as we were having the root access to the server during this period. So I can't be sure where did you get the information from. If you let me know the sites, I will have a look at it. If you know of anyone that submitted a helpdesk ticket within 17th July to 31th July, and I fail to recover their backup, let me know, I will provide you 100% refund to you and the customers who had subscribed their service with us. I can be sure that backup has been taken care of during these periods

Frontman82: Don't worry, I am a cool guy. Its weird that you did not receive an auto responder, I also did not receive any request from you on my side. Please don't go after Mr Dedy, as mentioned, responsibility should be on our side instead of Kampar-IT. If I had failed anyone, please blame it on me rather than Mr Dedy. I will take responsibility for our own action. To answer your question, no, its not possible to get the backup. The server has been shut down and the harddrive has been formatted. I believe we did our part during 17th July till 31st July 2010, 1) migrate data, 2) inform customers to change nameservers, 3) send out several emails to remind them about it, 4) we offer our help to migrate newest data for them, 5) remind customers about server shutdown, 6) inform customers to backup their own data, 7) inform customers to contact us if they are unsure of anything, 8) autoblog customers having issues, we migrate them to a highest spec server at our own cost. I can say that we have offer extended help to our customers who requested for help during this time, I can guarantee that you won't see a lot of providers doing that.

Out of 200+ customers here, 100+ have contacted us for help in this issue and we have done our best to assist them with migration and issues. I always emphasis, "if you have issues, contact us, not through forum. If you don't let us know, we can't help you." I believe I have said this several times over here. Many customers started contacted us after the server shutdown when they can do it during 17th to 31st July period. There is very little thing we can do at this point, but we don't simply say "No, we can't help you at all, its your fault that you did not follow our announcement". Instead, we offer extended help to retrieve their blog posts by Google Cache though its not our fault.

Lets be honest here. I had failed to migrate 2 customer accounts and had offered them a free year of hosting. This is certainly a mistake on our part, and offering compensation is the best we can do.

Likewise, if anyone think that our action plans were wrong on the above, please feel free to advise on this issue.

frontman82: No matter I am a busy man a not, no worry, we will do our best to help our customers with it. We do helped and assist our customers with retrieving their blog posts by using Google Cache, but need to take note that not all blogs are being cached as the spiders are being blocked by the blogs. Nevertheless, please send me a ticket regarding this issue.

kenapa tidak ada pemberitahuan pasti kapan server akan di matikan?

jdi, server tersebut bisa di matikan kapan aj oleh data center,

kepada siapa anda harus melakukan komplain?
anda dapat melakukan komplain ke pihak fatbandwidth,

kenapa harus ke pihak fatbandwidth?
karena yang memindahkan data anda adalah pihak fatbandwidth,
dan bukan saya,

semua data sudah di pindahkan sejak tgl 17 july 2010,
dan anda juga sudah di kirimin email oleh pihak fatbandwidth pada july 2010 tentang masalah ns dan lainnya,
apabila anda tidak menerima email dari fatbandwidth, silahkan hubungi pihak mereka untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini,

dan apabila anda baru menyadari hal ini setelah web anda tidak bisa di akses pada 1 agustus 2010,
dan itu adalah karena anda blum mengganti ns, yang mengakibatkan data anda hilang,
itu adalah kesalahan anda. jadi jangan menyalahkan orang lain

kesalahan anda adalah tidak mensosialisasikan kapan server akan dimatikan/ tidak transparan!!
saya rasa wajar kekesalan saudara Sai tersebut, saya baca di postnya, dia kehilangan data2 PP nya... bayangkan anda dalam posisi dia..
akuisisi terhadap pihak lain saja anda umumkan terkesan mendadak, jadi kustomer anda anggap apa?

pengumuman yang mendadak ini saya lkukan ga lain adalah untuk kebaikan pelanggan juga,
