emang rugi sih kalo nembak domain yg mengandung TM perusahaan gede. mereka pasti ngincer terus.

yup. ada tempat pengaduannya segala. beberapa kasus domain yg punya TM ada yg kena.

menurut gw sih baiknya tawarin langsung ke perusahaannya, tentu saja dengan harga yg wajar. btw, kalo liat kasus microsoft, mereka yg inisiatif beli duluan.

ini bukan hanya masalah pesbuk. semua perusahaan besar yg memiliki TM juga akan melakukan hal yg sama. ini bukan masalah angka akses no ip, btw sudah masuk k merek dagang. kalo Facebook udah masuk merek terdaftar, paten, legal, mo gimana lagi, mereka yg punya merek. kalo msh banyak domain yg pake TM mereka, kemungkinannya ada 2: pertama, gak menarik bagi pesbuk utk dijegal, atawa dibiarkan besar dulu oleh pesbuk baru dibabat. kedua, pesbuk blom sempat ngecek.

menurut gw omongin baik2 ama mrk utk beli tuh domain. jangan pake esmosi, btw pake taktik dagang. btw kalo ente nawar terlalu tinggi pake ngancam segala, mereka pasti pake pengacara.

kalo urusan domain kayak gini, gak ada hubungannya ama Indonesia. ini urusan merek, orang per orang, dari negara mana pun pasti kena, ini urusan bisnis murni. org amerika aja ada yg kena. kalo pingin tahu ttg kasus serupa coba cek google, atawa cek forum2 domainer, lupa lagi link kasus2 domain di dunia

tetep aja, menurut gw jual k mereka. rayu2 dikit lah, kasi harga yg wajar. jangan ampe kayak AR yg bikin malu2in domainer Indonesia
