    NJOP = Nilai Jual Obyek Pajak. Jadi biasanya Badan pertanahan punya estimasi nilai jual obyek pajak di suatu daerah termasuk juga di desa. :senyum:

    Harga tanah variatif, walaupun di desa tapi dekat dengan objek wisata misalnya bisa 20x lipat dengan harga tanah desa sebelah.

    Coba jangan pake meter gan, itungin dulu ke bata atau tumbak

    harga tanah macam2 gan tergantung lokasi. misal untuk 80bata kebon yang udah ditanami pohon albasiah/malaka umur 1 thun harga kira2 perbata 200rb.
    itu 5 tahun usia phn albasiah dah bisa dipanen.

    Coba bandingkan dgn iklan tanah di desa di tokobagus di kota yg sama, barangkali dapat gambaran :D

    Btw penasaran nih, kalau misal statusnya masih girik apa udah ada NJOP nya? :)

    Wkk TSnya ga mudeng itu tanah kuburan (2x1m), ok ane jawab serius
    Yang mejadikan tanah mahal biasanya bukan cuman isinya poon ato apalah, contoh
    1. deket jalan ga? jalanya segede apa(bisa berapa mobil simpangan)
    3. lalu lintas jalan rame ga?
    3. deket fasilitas umum (sekolah, puskesmas, perumahan, dll)
    4. tanah tipe sawah ato dah dikeringkan(kebon)

    Nah kalo dari 4 faktor itu makin dikit bisa dipastiin makin murah harganya
    Kalo mau lebih pasti mending tanya makelar tanah disitu(maap nubi jawab seadanya, masi belajar jual beli tanah juga) :swt2:

    Harga pasaran jg menentukan mas. Biasanya harga tanah d daerah tsbt lbh mahal dr daerah lain krn para broker tanah emang spakat kyk gitu. Jarang banget yg punya tnh ngejual sdri tnp broker. Broker tanah rata2 lbh jujur ktimbang broker jual mobil dsb klo soal ngitung profit. Btw klo ada org/prusahaan yg mo cari tnh d jawa timur sekitaran kediri-t.agung-tgalek bisa hubungi saya. Bs kopi darat dl br ngomongin bli tanah. (ujung2nya promosi diri. hehehe...)
