    saya orang jogja asli, jadi menganut falsafah "sing waras ngalah", jadi saya akan 'mengalah' untuk kali ini..
    perjuangan saya ga akan sebanding, wong blog saya disitu juga cuma 1, blog abal2 lagi..
    cuma saya berpikir ttg teman2 lain yg dirugikan, seperti saudara Sai tersebut.. coba anda di posisi dia, apa yg anda rasakan
    hikmahnya untuk masa datang, percayakan hosting anda di tempat yg jelas dan legitimate..

    I would like you to give a fair view on this situation.

    17th July - Dedy has informed about the nameservers changes

    22th July - I had sent out an email to the customers and had addressed 4 things
    1) We request that all support requests to submit to us.
    2) We have backup and restore customers accounts to the new servers.
    3) We advise customers to backup their own data as well (to prevent this type of event happening)
    4) We inform customers that anyone that need their new data to be shown on the new server to contact us, and we will do the migration for them.

    25th July - We sent out another email to the customers and had addressed 1 thing.
    1) We have noticed that the majority of the clients have not yet switch to us, and we have requested that the customers to switch the nameservers to us. If the customers are unsure of which nameservers they belong to, to contact us via helpdesk.

    25th July - To add reminder for the clients, I register on this forum itself to remind the clients here as well and had mentioned that to contact us of any issues and I give me 100% commitment to the clients.

    28th July - I had posted here, its 3a.m that night, and I am still working with the clients, and had mentioned that "Likewise, if you have any immediate concern or issues, please submit a helpdesk ticket to us. If you did not let us know about your issues, we could not help you."

    29th July - I had sent another email to all clients addressing 4 issues.
    1) Moving autoblog clients that have miss schedule to a new server
    2) For non-autoblog clients who are still having issues with their blogs, to contact us.
    3) For clients who have not migrated and are still running on the old kamparit server, to change the nameservers immediately as we said, the server will be shut down soon.
    4) If customers are unsure which nameservers they belong to, to contact us.

    In fact, we sent out 4 official reminders that this will take place and want the customers to get in contact with us regarding the migration. Ask yourself if you did contact us during these dates before the server shutdown? I believe we have exceeded in what we do in communication and service as we are always striving to work on 100% satisfaction, however it seems like this cannot be achieved without the clients contacting us. Even though this is not our fault, we offer extended help to clients by recovering some of their blog posts from Google Cache which I believe I have helped you in this as well. I want to ask you, did you get into contact with us when we offer the migration for the clients? Will it be fair for us that you had put us in the bad light when we did our best and had done more than what a hosting company would have done? I wish that you give a fair review based on what we had done. Thanks.

    di suspensed,, rugi dah gw, padahal ada yang mau beli link di 2 blog gw yang hosting di sini :(( udah imel ke carimakan tapi gak dibalas dan kirim tiket
    balesan kirim tiket disuruh ganti name server ke
    ns13.fatbandwidth.com
    ns14.fatbandwidth.com

    tapi malah gak kebuka blog gw... trus kirim tiket lagi dan nda dibalas balas,, bisa rugi dah gw..
    dibantu donk...

    baru dapet email dari fatbandwith.com, invoice berikut detilnya :

    seinget saya, register bulan desember, trus coba saya cek pake dnsstuff, hasilnya seperti dibawah ini :


    karena saya baru pertama kali beli self host and domain, saya ga ngeh, bukankah seharusnya invoice dikirimkan nanti mendekati bulan desember ? disitu tertera first invoice, apakah berarti baru peringatan saja ? saya baru bales email dari fatbandwith, dan belum dibales. maaf kalo saya jadi berpikiran untuk pindah provider, ada yang bisa kasih saran ? buat om momod maaf, tadi sempet bikin thread sendiri di sub hosting dan domain, baru nyadar kalo ada thread buat ex pelanggan kampar it. mohon bantuannya dari bro bro semua. thx

Domain tidak sinkron dengan sistem penagihan kami dalam waktu, yang hasilnya pengiriman faktur. Kami telah mengirim email untuk mengabaikan orang-orang faktur yang Anda terima. Jika Anda tidak puas dengan layanan kami dan ingin mentransfer setelah itu, Anda dapat melakukannya dengan mendapatkan kode EPP di wilayah klien dan mengirimkannya untuk mendaftarkan baru Anda. Untuk mentransfer data Anda ke penyedia hosting baru, gunakan fitur backup dan menghasilkan full backup pada data Anda, download, dan upload ke server baru dan meminta penyedia hosting Anda yang baru untuk mengembalikan account.

    Jika Anda akan email saya untuk menjelaskan, aku percaya aku bisa jelas keraguan Anda. Aku bukan ikan hiu:)

    Review saya yang newbei mengenai hosting an berdasarkan pengalaman sendiri..

    Saya email ke Mr Ronald (malas kalo lewat helpdisk, langsung ke email empuny aj) dengan bahasa acak kadul (nilai inggris 3 + google translate) selalu di bales..
    Semua komplain saya di terima dengan baik bahkan dengan sabar di balesnya, Autoblog gak jalan, semua artikel saya jadi miss schedules pun di selesaikan dengan baik..
    Bahkan repot-repot masuk ke wp-admin blogku buat cari dimana keluhanku (maklum mungkin dia ga mundeng dengan inggris gue)

    Minta pindah hosting pun di pindahkan. Minta IP yang berbedapun pun di usahakan (cuman sayang server untuk autoblog katanya cuman ada 1 IP doank) Kapan buka IP baru lagi untuk autoblog, ronald? hehehe

    Setelah Di server baru ane binggung karena di cpanel ga da software Fantastico ataupun softaculous ane coba YM Ronald , akhirnya keluar Fantastico.
    bisa request Softaculous gak, Ronald?? soalnya setelah googling katanya fantastico banyak bugnya / errornya dan ga bisa set nama database sendiri..

    Kurang lebih saya berterima kasih kepada Ronald dah membantu sampai sedemikian.

    Oh iya, yang kurang pasword untuk account salah satu hostingku (Hosting yang dipinjamkan Mas Dedy) minta request pasword di fatbandwidth.com yang di ubah malah pasword cpanelnya.. request lagi dengan tata bahasa yang lebih baik, sama juga yang di ubah pasword cpanelnya.. Akhirnya nyerah dah.. (pake inggris sendiri gagal , pake google translate jg gagal) ga jadi request lagi.. ada yang bisa bantuin susun tata bahasa yang di mengerti Mr Ronald ga??
