yes he is top levelin this forum i know. thats y i brought him here so you can judge. its bad reputation for the forum and indonesia. why hasnt he commented. am very sure he has seen this post. its because he can not refute it. am not saying you should judge him before you get his own side of the story am saying he should comment and pay up what he is owing

 

mister, where are you come from? I think you should go to gallardo home and meet him. You also have the gallardo address, right? just go to gallardo home and make it done, that's the indonesian ways to clear the problems

Most of members, including me who read and replied this thread aren't sure what we should do in order to solve your problem. It's true he is an old member here, however not all members here know each other. Maybe he don't have the ability at this moment to pay the money he owed to you or he have ability but wouldn't pay, in that case you obviously need a lawyer. However, we hope your problem will solved soon before you file a fraud case against him.

It's a really shame there are person like that BUT not all of us Indonesian people like that.

you can ask member here to help you make police statement and you paid for his service.

too bad,.. I've been on Adsense JV before with pakistan member who I met on DP forum,.. got payment around 2k, but unfortunately adsense account just disable.. most people just not enough what they already have..

you should find Indonesian Lawyer
he or she can find perfect article law so gallardo / Handy will be sought by our police and he would sit in front of judge (court room)
you can hire Hotman Paris Hutapea (maybe one of the highest paid Indonesian Lawyer) or if you want a cheaper / lowest rate you can ask for help LBH (Lembaga Bantuan Hukum) in your language means legal aid or legal aid society
