    maaf kakak kakak di sini...saya mau nanya :D maaf ya judulnya membingungkan...

    aku dah punya account paypal dan udah verifi manual..pake scan ktp dan buku tabungan.eh gak tau napa paypal saya ke limit.udah hub pihak paypal suruh masukin no.visa dan doc ini itu...

    nah yang aku tanyakan...kalo saya buat acc paypal lagi pakai nama dan alamat sama acc yang ke limit/lama terus aku beliin vcc.nanti kena dampaknya gak ya?

    sama mau tanya lagi..
    kok yang pada jualan balance paypal eceran gak kena limit itu acc
    primer atau bisnis:D

    saya juga kena masalah ini.

    Verifikasi manual sejjak beberapa bulan lalu. sewaktu logout setelah melihat ada pembayaran dari infolinks, di email ada subject : "Your account has been limited until we hear from you"

    ada 3 cara tuk menghapus limit :
    1. Confirm your credit card
    2. Change password
    3. Update security questions

    no 2 dan 3 resolved atau masalah selesai. no 1, pilihan kartu di no 1 adalah Visa, mastercard dan american express. Sewaktu di masukkan kartu mastercard, yang validthru 01/18, ternyata dibilangnya expired.

    so harus gimana lagi,..sedangkan duitnya banyak disitu

    gak lama dapet telpon dari bank tempat kartu di terbitin, ternyata kartu debit mastercard yang saya masukin nomornya, belum bisa di pake buat online. so gimana dong....?

    Diusahain tuk bisa dibuka limitationnya lewat yang jual vcc,...berhasil. Beberapa menit kemudian kena limitation lagi. Baca2 di forum lain, ternyata sedang banyak yang kena kasus seperti ini.

    @yuyudhar: sama masalahnya sama saya, kalo vcc udah kadaluarsa, mending beli vcc baru, bisa resolved kok, udah ak coba, coba kunjungi tritku di http://www.adsense-id.com/forums/showthread.php/79980-Akhirnya-direstored-sehari-setelah-akun-paypal-dilimit

    trus saya kirim email ke mereka tanya kenapa akun saya di limit lagi setelah beberapa menit lepas limitnya.

    baiknya saya tunggu ampe 72 jam ato add vcc baru aja ya? kata yang jual vcc, kalo add vcc doang gak akan bisa lepas limitnya, bener gak? Jadi sewaktu ngelepas limit pertama, saya gak tau gimana caranya, saya hanya diminta beberapa data dan gak lama limit lepas (yg kemudian kena limit lagi).

    @yuyudhar: diliad di resolution centernya bang, itu dilimit trus diminta diresolved apa lagi, klo masih diminta resolved konformasi kartu kredit y mending beli vcc baru, kalo ak saranin sih pahami permintaan paypal di resolution centernya, jgn bingung bang, n klo memang suruh nunggu y ditunggu aja dulu,

    Tambahan bang, kalo memang sudah pernah dibuka dari limit, biasanya ada email dari pihak paypal kyk begini:

    sebelumnya udah dapet email "Your PayPal Account Access Has Been Restored",...trus kena limit lagi. ta' tungguin aja dulu ampe 72 jam

    Mungkin karena pergantian IP dlm waktu yg terlalu singkat. waktu membuka limit yg masuk akun PP anda adalah penjual jasa, trus hbs itu beberapa menit anda masuk dg IP yg berbeda dengan IP penjual jasa buka limit tsb. jadi sebaiknya setelah limit terbuka jangan login ke akun PP dengan IP yg berbeda dlm waktu yg singkat.

    ini yang bikin bingung. ane pake aha perdana dinamis. sewaktu tiap kali login, koneksi tidak pernah putus sama sekali. Dan hanya dalam waktu singkat dari akun restored ke limitation.

    seingat ssaya, dulu gak masalah pake aha perdana dinamis. sekarang pake aha perdana dinamis yang baru kok ada masalah. tapi belum jelas apa emang dari koneksi ato emang pp-nya yang rewel

    itu bukan masalah ahanya klo mnurut ane. yg jadi masalah itu mungkin perbedaan IP yg agan pake sm IP yg jasanya abang pake buat buka limit.
    misal agan pake aha, nah pas buka limit orang yg agan mintai bantuan pake telkomsel, spidi atau yg laennya. nah kan beda antara IP tsel, aha, sm spidi :D

    setelah diminta dokumen photo id, utility bill, akhirnya restored. tapi sekarang malah jadi deg-deg,..sapa tau setelah logout, begitu cek email, akun paypal udah dilimit lagi.....
